Neely began working with Frank Tehel in 2006. Prior to joining his team, she worked in higher education as a Faculty Coordinator, hiring and scheduling graduate and undergraduate faculty for an adult studies program at Averett University. Neely earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Chowan University in 1999 and her Master of Business Administration degree in 2002 from Averett University.

Neely has a background in both investments and income tax preparation and planning. She is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, which allows her the privilege of representing clients before the IRS to solve their tax issues. She works with both individuals and small business owners to help them minimize their tax and plan for their retirement.

Neely lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Matt, and their son Alex.
